Excellent Service, People & Atmosphere. I can't think of going anywhere else with my most precious babies: 2 border collies. Van Isle Vets Practice is first class: from the moment you open the door into reception, you are greeted with happy faces, in a calm, relaxed atmosphere and are treated with the upmost respect. They don't mind when you sit there talking to your dogs as if you're expecting an answer back, in fact - they join in! The Vets & Vet Techs are incredible: they make you feel at ease and encourage you to ask questions until you understand what's going on with your pets! First class!

We met with Dr De Winter and we cannot say enough about her and our dealings with her. Not only extremely professional but one of the most friendly, personable ladies you will ever have the pleasure to meet. We also want to comment on the "front line staff"/ front office ladies. What an incredible group of individuals. It is these ladies that will make or break your first impression on any business and in this case these ladies make you feel like family. Rockport Mastiffs have used the services of Van Isle Vet for 13 plus years and highly recommend them to anyone looking for a Veterinarian on Vancouver Island. There have been so many instances where the Veterinarians, veterinarian technicians, and support staff have gone above and beyond to provide the best care for our animals. When I go to the office, I'm greeted by friendly staff that always take the time to make sure you are well taken care of. The services provided for Breeders are some of the best in North America and I know of Breeders who have travelled long distances to use their services.
