Probably one of the worst experiences I've had. I wouldn't recommend these veterninarians, due to communication errors and stuborness. I admit, I wasnt the best in dealing with the situations, but they lost their professionalism and caused me more trouble than was necessary.

Always friendly and very helpful. Been here for checkups, to teeth, to surgery and it's always been great. My dog is very nervous with high anxiety but she's always happy to walk through their doors and very happy to see Dr. Mundi.

Avoid this vet! We moved to Kelowna from Toronto. The first visit we had, the vet was over 30 minutes late and nobody apologized. The second visit was worse. They have a free roaming cat. Our dog is very aggressive towards cats, so we asked that they put the cat away. To our amazement, they refused! We had to walk our dog past the cat, causing our dog to be in an agitated state. This time, we were promptly put in an exam room on time and told the vet would be with us shortly. We waited 35 minutes, the vet did not come in, so we left. The administration did not even know we left. We got a call 10 minutes later, saying the vet had come into the room and we were not there. Of course not, I said our appointment was 45 minutes ago!

Dr. Mundi is very thorough and out of all the vets I have been to with my puppy he seems to be the most compassionate one. He is very knowledgeable and provides information about concerning issues well. I find the clinic clean and prices are very affordable.

We absolutely love Dr. Mundi! He has been so great with our pup chi Princess and our older cat, who surprisingly only likes him besides us, which is really rare. Our best experience that impressed us was the next day after Princess had her rabies vaccine, she ran a small fever and had a lump on her neck. Well we took her to see Dr. Mundi right away. It was in the morning and we were told that he is on his way to work (since they had just opened). We waited outside in our car to make Princess feel more comfortable. Dr. Mundi had pulled into the parking lot, and recognized us and Princess. While juggling all his personal belongings and bag, he came right away to our window and asked what was wrong and how she was doing. He was interested in us first, rather than telling us to wait in the waiting room, or just not acknowledge us. He went out of his way to make sure everything was okay. We are happy to have our pets in his care!
