Ok clinic but no different than all the rest. They try to upsell on everything like food and teeth cleaning, unnecessary blood tests, etc. Overpriced and try to even charge for follow up visits unless you set them straight. We have had to tell them several times that this is a follow up so they dont keep charging us again. Definitely be clear with them what you are willing to pay for and watch out on the upselling. its over the top. Also the Dr Marlow guy is such a salesman more than he appears to be a caring vet. its all about the money for him thats obvious. Staff turnover is regular for front office staff and also veterinarians. Everyone keeps changing out and you have to wonder why. Honestly i don't really trust these guys and feel like I have to check everything their recommending as to its validation. They kept me waiting over 30 minutes today while they were chatting away in front of me. They dont have any sense of urgency in this clinic at all. I couldn't care less if I return here or not. There are lots of choices out there but unfortunately they are all the same.

This was my best veterinary hospital experience ever. The receptionists were genuinely happy to see me, and the doctor was very caring and listened to everything I said. Even my nervous dog thought he was a good guy! This will be my go-to vet for all my animals in the future! Highly recommended!
