I brought my dog there for a dental cleaning yesterday, in which she was to be put under anestestic and such and the doctor had quoted me 250.00 for this to remover her tarter and polish her teeth. I also had her yearly checkup and shots plus was given her dewormer to take. The doctor was very good and despite the fact when I got the bill for 448.00 at the end he seemed good. His staff on the other hand were terrible the younger girl could not mutitask, did not smile or acknowledge anyone or maintain an order of service. The other girl seemed to be too busy or answering the phone to guide the harried other one. Our appointment was at 10 am to drop her off and 5 other customers seemed to follow us in at the same time and it was mayhem, unbelievable. We waited for the doctor which was fine but it was impossible to ask any questions or get anything answered from the staff. We were called to pick her up at 3;15 pm and we were the only ones to walk in the door, there was another there with his dog and others came in after. First thing they asked me to pay like I was a criminal going to dart out of there, NO bill just 448.00 please, i was in shock then after I got the bill. The older attendant said the vet would like to talk to you after so I paid and We sat there for 10 mins listening to our dog bark at us in the back room, while the attendant was running back and forth doing who knows what? I asked her if I could get my dog? I am going to go get my dog and she went and got my dog. OMG I've never experienced such unprofessional behavior in my life at a Veterinary office, Unfriendly too. Finally we saw the Vet and everything was good. I got home overlooked the bill and realized I forgot my dogs collar there, called and went back. Not one person was in there, it was quiet the attendant was sweeping the floor, I walked in the door, no smile, no acknowledgement she just walked away and mumbled to herself and came back with my collar. The Vet came out and talked about my bill and he said it was supposed to be 350 but he gave me a deal and then deducted another 35.00 off. He seemed good but his staff really sucks and I don't if it's his fault or lack of training but I'm not going back there, it was a horrible experience and stressed me out.
