They are great at Petroglyph. They are reasonably priced and always helpful. My dog has been having a lot of issues for the last year and I appreciate the fact that my vet (Dr. Michaud) always has time for my questions and she doesn't make me feel ridiculous for asking them (which sometimes I do) . She is also quick to return my calls which I appreciate if I have concerns about my pet. The front desk staff is helpful, friendly and accommodating especially when I need to get in for an appointment at the last minute. Highly recommended.

Compassionate people, lowest prices in town for the treatment that my pet needed. Every other vet in town didn't have time for me, and even though Petroglyph didn't either, they still squeezed me in. I will be going back here for their customer service and capability.

My current vet is on vacation. I have been using him for many years. Unfortunately I prefer to use him exclusively and don't use the other vets at that particular clinic. I heard of Petroglyph Animal Hospital and decided to give them a call. I was informed over the phone that they only take care of existing equine clients, but if it were an emergency they could help me tomorrow. I asked if I could at least speak to a veterinarian specializing in equine care to ascertain how serious my problem is. The answer was no, unless it was an emergency and then as previously mentioned I could be helped tomorrow.

There for our JRT. Last September our new (to us) Jack Russell ran into the street and learned the hard way about cars driving too fast on neighbourhood streets. It was a Sunday of course, and we called the emergency number. We didn't have him established at Petroglyph yet, but the vet on duty was willing to meet us immediately for a check-up. He was okay, just scared and and shaken up. They have a great location and the staff are wonderful. I recommend them to anyone who asks.

ordered a product online from them many times, and was shocked at their complete lack of helpfulness and common courtesy when they messed up the address on an order. will never do business with them again.
