I love Murdoch Vets. The staff is always so friendly and they truely care about your pets. They always remember our name and our pets name. When we had to put of 14 years old dog down, Dr.Murdoch told me that it was the most selfless thing we do for our pets when they are suffering because we just don't want to let them go. I will never forget that and how it comforted our family. They are an amazing Vet with a caring staff.

I have taken all of my pets to Murdoch's since moving to the area. With my hectic schedule they have never had a hard time squeezing in an appointment when my critters need it. They are always friendly and helpful. You can see the care, compassion and love they have for the pets. Years ago when I had to put my dog down unexpectedly, the staff had a paw print molded for me and I received it in the mail about a week later with the rainbow bridge poem. It was the most thoughtful and meaningful gesture and I truly appreciated it.

I have over the past 2 years had ongoing services delivered by the Murdock Vet Clinic. I have been extremely fortunate to have accessed these services locally in the Burns Lake area as Murdocks have provided clinics here. Considering the costs associated with travel, etc. the fact that these services have been delivered locally, the costs for treatment has been very reasonable. The staff that we have dealt with including the Doctors themselves have been friendly and well trained/educated. I have complete faith in their abilities and recommendations. Another positive aspect is that the staff of Murdocks have been very willing and helpful in meeting the needs of my animals by customizing their treatment- this has helped my aged animals to get the required medical treatment that meets the individual animals needs. We have been clients of Murdoch's for many years. At present, we have two dogs and one cat under their care. The staff are very welcoming and cheerful. The veterinarians are very caring and thorough. You never feel rushed; they take the time to listen to your concerns and answer your questions. They truly care about animals. I would highly recommend them.

I had Dr. Machelle out and her assistant I believe her name is Jo Anne, (please correct me if I'm wrong) this last fall, 2014 to check our horses, float their teeth and check the general health as well as our one cat who resides in the home. Both were very kind, efficient and professional in their treatment of our furry friends. We plan to continue using Murdoch for our veterinary needs whether they come out to our place or we transport to them. As I am an immigrant from the U.S. had a bit of trepidation about vets up here but the Veterinarians and staff at Murdoch are as pleasant and competent as the vet I had in Idaho.
