I was with another Vet Clinic before coming to Bayridge Animal Hospital. A neighbour recommended Bayridge. I had an unpleasant experience at the other clinic. They had recommended a costly procedure for teeth cleaning twice in about 8 months. I was upset as I take very good care of my dog and do everything in my power to keep her teeth as clean as I can. When I went for our first visit to Bayridge Animal Hospital, Dr. Black asked me if I brushed my dog's teeth and asked how I managed to keep them so clean and white. Complete opposite of what I had been told at the other clinic. Needless to say I will never go back to the other establishment. I am very happy with the service and care my dog gets from Bayridge Animal Hospital. They are professional, caring people and my dog loves to go there.

I have always taken my pets to Bayridge Animal Hospital for over 16 years. I started seeing Dr. Black with my first cat and then as more doctors came on board, we started to see other doctors. I have always been so impressed by the kindness and sincere treatment everyone who works there gives to my pets and my family. I appreciate how the whole staff goes the extra mile when I call with a crazy question or when I come in for a pet visit. I have a new kitten now and I will continue to bring her to Bayridge Animal Hospital. The one thing that stands out the most, they even cry along with you when you are sending your sweet furbaby to the rainbow bridge.

i choose this vet as it was close to my home and I am so happy that I did. Both of my cats had excellent care. The staff was friendly and professional. Dr. Wilson and Dr. Black were the 2 vets that I usually saw. Both are wonderful in their care and explaining everything in detail plus returning any calls promptly.I can't say enough good things about the place.Sadly one of our cats, Caramel, became very ill this year. When she was so sick, when I called they made time to see her right away. The care and compassion is outstanding. Unfortunately Caramel was too ill and we had to say goodbye to her. I want to say thanks for their excellent care during this trying time.

I've been taking my pets both cats and dogs to Bayridge Animal Hospital for over 20 years! There is no other place for me! I love the Vets, Assistants and Support staff. They are all caring, considerate and wonderful with our fur babies!

I am writing this review a little late, but I feel so strongly about the quality of care at this clinic that I wanted take the time to post a review. Dr.Jay Black, and the entire staff at Bayridge Animal Hospital are absolutely outstanding. Although my dog Caesar has since passed away, during the 5 or 6 years that Dr.Black and the staff at BAH cared for Caesar, I have nothing but the best things to say about them. I have the utmost respect for the entire staff. Thank you very much Dr.Black.
