Fantastic veterinary service. One of my cats recently got very sick and I could not be more grateful for the help the vets and vet nurses have given us. We have had numerous house calls since our visits with almost daily follow-ups and even after hours messages to keep updated. The staff has gone well out of their way for us and our pet. I would definitely recommend them.

As newcomers to Kingston, we were greeted with a friendly smile and Dr. Matyas made sure our puppy had everything he needed to stay healthy in our new home! Although busy, she took the time to look over our puppy thoroughly and give him all the attention he deserves. Thank-you Dr. Matyas!!!

I went to this vet when I noticed my cat gaining weight as I thought she may be pregnant as I hadn't gotten her fixed yet and she had gotten outside a few weeks prior. The vet (older man), gave her a physical and said that I should be expecting kittens in the next few months. The gestation period passed and no kittens. Fearing they may have died in her I took her to another vet, got xrays and turns out there were no kittens. She had parasites. Never going to this vet again my cat could have become seriously ill and died thanks to this misdiagnosis.

Doctor was very friendly and service was good BUT we at first told them we wanted the most basic shots and no other services... They ultimately pushed a lot of unnecessary services on us. What was said to be a $80 visit for basic 1st round shots turned out to be $177!!! Its frustrating b/c its hard to dish out $177. My advice, repeat yourself multiple times and be extremely firm on what services you want.

THIS PLACE REFUSED TO HELP OUR DOG..we rushed our dog to this place because it was the closest, they refused and directed us to a place on the other side of town. Causing our dog to suffer longer, if it was us causing a dog pain, we could be charged with cruelty to animals, but a Vet office can cause an animal to remain in pain and not HELP HIM, thats ok? What happened to the well being of animals and simple compassion!
