Mark Kidd has cared for my pets for 25 years. He and his partner, Robert Douglas are the most caring and knowledgeable vets who have cared for my pets. The staff is equally wonderful. They know the clients well and are eager to help. From the receptionists to the newest employee, they are the best.

My only experience at Double Oak Mountain Animal Clinic has been with Dr. Kidd, but it has been an overwhelmingly positive one. I have complete faith that Dr. Kidd has both my financial interests and my pet's interests in mind when he makes a decision to treat my dog. He is relatable, kind, understanding, affordable, well-qualified, and everything else you could possibly want in a veterinarian. I couldn't recommend his services more highly for your cat or dog (or any other pets that he may be qualified to treat).

Although the vets have changed since we started going here, I am impressed by the courteous and super efficient office staff. They recognize my dog on sight and are so helpful with faxing medical records or anything I need. All our visits have been quite positive and the vets are consistantly courteous. They even do the exam off the table for my elderly dog. I have not had any problems listed in the other review and felt the need to let others know about this low cost good vet care.
