GREAT CLINIC!! I love the staff (front desk and techs RULE!!) and the Doctors are great!! Dr. Gallet really cared about my cat Lexie and made her skin all better!! THANK YOU SO MUCH I WILL ALWAYS COME HERE!!

Great clinic!! Would recommend this vet to anyone. I had to bring my pug in for a hot spot. A few days later they called to check up on him. I have been to a lot of vets and their are at the top of the best clinics list. The reception staff IS VERY NICE and the doctors and assistants are great too.

Front desk staff and main vet are rude and unhelpful. They then refused to treat one of our animals unless we paid for extra services. The techs and Dr. Gallet are very nice but it's not enough to over come the head ache of dealing with poor customer service and petty attempts to get our money.

This clinic is OK. The doctors are nice and caring, and the animal handlers, including the groomer, are nice. But the reception staff needs training in customer service. My experience is that they are unfriendly and very terse with answers to questions (in person and on the phone).Otherwise, my experiences going there haven't been that bad.
