I was new to the area, and lived closed to Linderman, so took my very sick cat here to be euthanized. I was stuck in a room alone, with the door open to the back hallway where the techs apparently "hang out." As the first medication was administered to make my cat unconscious (which was heartbreaking because she fought it), all I could hear were the techs in the back cutting up and laughing. After minutes of this of this insensitive behavior, while I sat in the room and was sobbing uncontrollably, I finally heard the vet say something to them and they quieted down. Once things were finished, someone came in and merely asked for my method of payment, and whisked my beloved pet away. The whole experience was traumatic for me and I regret it to this day.
The Vet office is extremely nice. It has a large waiting room area, with plenty of Pet Products on display for you to look at. There are free dog treats for the pets at the counter, if your pet will eat them. The staff up front was so nice and friendly. Everyone wanted to talk to our pet dog Peter Pan. The Doctor was very nice and went out of his way to give us some information on a dog we had that passed away suddenly at our home. He provided me with the information of why my pet died so suddenly and was very sorry. I wish I had him, for her Vet, before she passed. R.I.P Tinker Bell. On the other hand he handled my male dog really well. Shots were quick and the tests were all done promptly. Great place to have as your vet. They treat your pets right.
Linderman animal care has been taking care of our cats and dogs for many years. Never have had any issues always reasonable on price!
I will say that Dr.Johns cannot be beat. As for the rest of that ignorant place, I wouldn't take a roach to be treated there. To the woman that complained of her pet being dirty, do you know that the kennel help are the ones that bathe the dogs? I found that out the hard way. The bathing process is as important in the grooming as the haircut itself. I was shocked to know that the groomer herself did not bathe the pets. Or at least oversee their work!! Now that the professional groomer is gone, they are letting their kennel employees groom the dogs for summer clips. The customer though is paying for a professional job. If you ask what is wrong with the clinic, I can say point a finger straight to Dr.Linderman and his wife. Their personal problems at home have unfortunately been brought to their clinic. Again, if it wasn't for Dr.Johns, I wouldn't step back in that building for anything. Every ethical and moral issue is being broken by Dr.&Mrs Linderman. He has a couple of technicians that are very good with their jobs. And Dr.Johns is a sweetheart and very patient with my questions. Notice the turnover in employment during the past 8 or so months. That should answer a lot of questions for anyone. I'm just holding my breath hoping that Dr.Johns chooses to branch out on his own or move somewhere else. And I'm keeping my fingers crossed that my pet doesn't get sick or need any serious treatment until then. One other thing: The last time I boarded my dog there, he was completely out of control when I picked him up. It was at least three days until he calmed down and was able to be normal. MrsLinderman told me that they would supply bedding and to check it on the form when I dropped him off. They wouldn't let me bring his bed from home. Now I am wondering if he was supplied bedding at all? I cringe to think of what happened the days that he was left in their care. I am utterly disgusted with Dr.Linderman and his wife. They need to remember that it was their loyal customers and patients that got them this far. Now they are lying and no telling what else. FOR YOUR PET'S SAFETY: STAY AWAY FROM THIS PLACE
I started taking my dog to Dr. Linderman's 4 years ago. It was the best decision I made for my dog. I am so thankful they were their for my precious dog.
