Horrible customer service by the front desk. Called and asked if my dog was due for any shots, and the receptionist let out a huge audible sigh and put me on hold. I waited 45 minutes one day just to pick my dog up from boarding.

I will never take my dog back there! I was just boarding and the staff up front and the staff in the back are very rude and disrespectful!

My dogs have always been well taken care of here!

Called their 24/7 emergency services number tonight when cat was in severe distress. Got an automated "your call may be recorded" message - then ringing - then after the third ring someone picked up and hung up on me. Thankfully, an emergency clinic in Dothan actually bothered to answer my call, so my cat is now there being treated. Do not advertise services you don't want to or aren't able to provide.

Unless you want to pay out the wazoo for absolutely nothing, I would not use this facility. I took my very sick yorkie into their office today because he was vomiting blood. I took him in through the emergency entrance because I was afraid he had injested something dangerous. I was greeted by a very friendly vet who asked me what the issue was. He led me into an exam room and then sent a receptionist in to take my information. The VERY first question she asked me was for my drivers license and how was I planning to pay. I was flabbergasted. My dog is very sick and all you want to know is how I will pay. Next, I was told they would run a couple of slides under a microscope to see what the problem was. They came back and told me that his pancreatic enzymes were a little high but they would have to do further testing to find out EXACTLY what was wrong. So, I asked what all this was gonna cost. The response I got made me light headed. I was told they would treat the symptoms with barium and some other whatever... and that would be $190.00 but we still would not know what the problem was. If I wanted to go further I could have blood work done for another (you guessed it) $200.00. Then I was immediately told that his issue could cost me from 600.00 to $1000.00 to resolve. Now, keep in mind I still have no idea what my dogs issue was and we have spent 30 minutes talking about how much this would cost. I decided to get a second opinion due to the cost. I was charged $68.00 for them to look and I mean look at my dog and run a couple of slides. I went to a super nice vet in Hartford, AL who checked my dog thoroughly and with such kindness you would not believe. Exam, shots, antibiotics, full blood work panel and meds..........$118.00. Yep, that's right. This vet clinic is a rip off! They only want your money. Can not believe these people are still in business.
