Dr. Thomas and his wonderful staff have the best clinic in the area. I have been taking my animals there for over a decade. Besides the usual shot updates, we did have an emergency situation with our cat, Oscar. The staff immediately took him in and when to work! The kept me updated daily during the two weeks he needed care. I don't know what I would do without the Lanett Animal Clinic. Don't take your fur babies anywhere else!

I picked up a little dog off of the road today, and he had a rabies tag from Lanett Animal Clinic. I immediately put him in my car and called the clinic. I was advised that they were about to close (this was Wednesday at 11:00 a.m. and that she wasn't able to look up the number and to call back tomorrow. Easy for her to say, I have a 7 year old allergic to dogs and so I called right back and the doctor answered. Now the doctor was extremely nice and tried to find the number, but I'm not sure he knew how to work the computer and he was unable to find it, but at least he tried. I'm here with my son falling in love with a dog he's allergic to, and I don't know what to do. I think whoever answered me the first time needs to be looking for a new job. I give 5 stars for the doctor, but only 1/2 of one or none for the rude girl who answered the phone.
