The doctors and staff there are excellent. All 4 of my dogs are treated by Riverside and the staff are very helpful whenever I contacted them. Excellent service too!

By far, the WORST vet experience I have EVER had!! The staff was RUDE, showed NO concern!!! They lied to me and told me that my dog would not be left unattended since he was on aggressive IV treatment, and that a vet would take him home overnight to care for him. AS MUCH AS I PAID UP FRONT, THIS SHOULD HAVE HAPPENED!!! The next morning, I was called to come pick up my dead dog. I go pick him up, he was cold and hard as a rock. He was left in a kennel overnight to be abandoned and died!! Then the lady up front said it was my "f*#$ing money and she didn't care"! If you or any of your loved ones have pets there, please find someone else who will care for your animals as well as you, and get them the hell away from this nonsense!!!

My puppy seemed a little down last night, and we called one of the Dr.'s (not sure if she's the only one or not) and she met us at her office in 30 minutes. My 10 week-old puppy tested positive for parvo, and seems to be doing okay so far. Without such immediate intervention and aggressive treatment on the part of the vet, I know she would be dead by now. We're stll unsure how she'll turn out, but I can rest easy knowing she is in VERY good hands, and that no matter what, all that CAN be done is being done.
