We were first time customers with a very sick cat. Dr. Knight and her staff were highly competent and extremely kind. Their graciousness during a very difficult experience was most appreciated.

I have been taking my animals to Hampton Cove Animal Hospital for the past 14 years. They are always so friendly and they treat all of my babies so well. I board my dog often especially during the summer and she is always so excited about going there! Dr. Brown always acts like Sandy is her favorite dog (even though I am sure she acts like that with all of her patients!!:) -but it makes me happy and Sandy loves the attention. I think vet care is too expensive this day and age but I feel that Hampton Cove Animal Hospital takes great care of their animals.

The doctors are caring and professional. The staff is over-the-top friendly, caring, they remember you and your pets' names, they always answer the phone with a smile in their voice, and always seem generally pleased you are there. The groomer(s) is/are excellent and both of my fur babies wag their tales when they realize where they are. :) My pups are always happy and exhausted upon returning from a boarding visit, and they even gave my pup a nail-grinding though I didn't request one and didn't charge me for it. (He needed it badly but I forgot to request it!) All in all, I always feel like a valued customer when I visit, and be it for a check-up, a health concern, a bath and groom, or a boarding visit, my dogs enjoy going and I always have a pleasant experience. It is probably pricier than some other places but I find the level of service worth the cost and I always feel safe having my pets there. Thank you, HCAH!!

Hampton Cove AH is full of great, caring, and knowledgeable professionals. We never have any doubt that they will do their best to care for our babies and find a solution to any health problem they are having. I also really appreciate how conscious & knowledgeable the vets are of the medicine (and cost of the medicine) that they prescribe and that they recommend how to use those meds to get the best results for the money. Also, the staff always makes sure you know if a rebate for one of your pets’ meds is available.

We love Hampton Cove Animal Hospital!! As a former employee, I know the ins and outs of the clinic, and EVERY member of the staff has such kind and caring hearts--caring for not only the pets, but also the clients. It was a great place to work, and a great clinic for my pets. Although I no longer work there anymore AND live all the way out in Madison, Hampton Cove Animal Hospital is STILL the only clinic I take my kittos to! :-)
