I attempted to schedule an afternoon hygiene trim with a little off the top... I was informed my mother's cat had to be there in the morning and would be sedated .... their policy. I explained that my cat had been there before and was behaved during a hygiene cut and my mother had waited. Not acceptable anymore. It appears their policy has changed and not for the best of the animal. Perhaps they have changed handlers ... the policy to sedate is not in the best interest of your animal anymore than it is great for anyone to be sedated .. there always a risk. I am changing vets.
