Today my little dog got hurt really bad by our neighbor’s large dog. I called my regular veterinarian Ward to see what could be done. I had to leave a message and wait for a response. While I was waiting I called a few other veterinary clinics trying to get some kind of help. A veterinary from the Animal Hospital in Camden Arkansas got with me and was very helpful. By what I told her she said that it did not look good. She told me that that our dog did not seem to be in pain and to wait to see if he was just in shock. She then said to call her back if there was anything that she could help with. A short while after talking with her, Ward returned my call. After I told him what happened, then with out any other information he said “It’s going to cost you about 500.00 to save your dog, I take most forms of credit, debit cards, check, and cash. If you don’t have the money we can put your dog to sleep,” I then replied by telling him what the other veterinary had told me before speaking to him. Ward then said, “Just do what you want.” And ten he hung up on me. I don’t know if this helps anyone that reads it but I think a man’s actions speak volumes about him. I cannot tell any of you what to do but as for my family and me we will be going somewhere else from not on, I’ve heard that Goodwin Animal Clinic is really nice.

I moved out of state and he refused to even talk to my new vet to discuss history. he hung up on them. His staff lies and puts incorrect information in charts. I looked at my dogs charts and they were a mess. They had several things in their chart that they never experienced.
