Best Friends is fantastic. They treat your pet as if it was their very own. The staff is incredibly caring and very helpful if I have any questions on how to better care for my animals. I highly recommend bringing your pets to Best Friends.

Just brought my dogs in. I love the staff and veterinarians! Dr. Hokett has been seeing my pets for years and always takes time to really listen to my concerns and address any problems promptly and effectively. I trust them completely with my dogs. The staff is very friendly and always genuinely glad to see me. I highly recommend Best Friends for anyone looking for the best veterinary care.

In my opinion the experience with Best Friends Animal Hospital was bad, lots of miscommunication and unprofessional behavior. I had taking my dog for a check up appointment and to get him onto a medication for allergies. Once the medication was on limited supply from the manufacture the communication and promises made by Best Friends was not true. I had felt like they had an issue with me following up once a month and decided that removing my dog from the list for the medication was the best thing to do, however it was more of a personal issue they had. I was left to see my dog suffer yet they came to care about animals. My opinion leaves me sadden that the care expected and promised was not followed through.

After my first visit to Best Friends Animal Hospital & Pet Hotel, I knew I had found the perfect vet for my pup. They treat my animals as if they were their own, and everyone there is focused to give you the utmost friendly, caring, and respectful experience for you and your animal.

The doctors and staff go above and beyond, on every visit, no matter what the circumstances are, to insure that it is a positive experience. You can tell that everyone on the staff loves their jobs and are happy to help in any way that they can.
