Dr. Melanie Prewett is a phenomenal vet. She has gone above and beyond numerous times for my FeLV+ cat. She has been glad to consult with other vets, to write referrals, and to call me when I have had questions or concerns. She even got some medicine for my cat through the FDA's Compassionate Use program, which required a lot of paperwork and time. Always knowledgeable and open-minded, I highly recommend her. The techs at the front desk have always been friendly, helpful, and dedicated to their work. They have also put in extra effort to help me out with my cat.

I've had cats before, but I'm not an expert. When one of my cats started coughing I wanted to bring him in and get some answers. Instead of being able to talk to someone about it, my kitty was picked up and carried out of the exam room to the back of the clinic. Without me being able to talk to anyone about what was going on aside from a brief description of the coughing, my cat was given a shot, prescribed some Laxatone, and wrapped up with a $110 bill. Granted my kitty hasn't been coughing as much, but I'm definitely going to be looking for a different Vet with a better bedside manner.

Had previously used another clinic but changed because we didn't really like our vet. The doctors and staff are very friendly and were great with our sick Shepard. They explain all options and procedures very well and are up front and honest. I highly recommend them and will be taking our pets there from now on.
