Best place in area. The staff is very friendly and helpful, they work well with your schedule. All the doctors are extremely knowledgeable and willing to go that extra mile. I would highly recommend this place and would not take my furbabies anyplace else. I travel all over but always return here for their care.

This animal hospital is HORRIBLE!!!!!!! They dont give a crap about the animals! All they care about is money. I'm new in town and my dog sliced her due claw pad almost completely off. I called Lake Hamilton Animal Hospital because I've heard they are good. NOT! Anyways the gentleman on the phone told me to bring my dog in and they'd take a look at her. WELL.. we get there and before he even looks at her paw he is asking my husband to fill out financial paperwork. SERIOUSLY! Then he tells me that he is going to have to keep her for two nights (since their closed on Sunday's) because they are going to give her sleepy gas so they can stitch her pad back on. GUESS WHAT, you can't stitch a pad back to the leg because there is no skin.... but yet my bill was going to be $800!!! When I asked if I could give him a check for half and write another post dated check for the rest he flat out told me NO! WHAT??? He said if he didn't have the money upfront then there was nothing he could do! REAL NICE VET!!!! So I left. THEN 2 weeks later I get a collection notice for $185 for Lake Hamilton Animal Hospital... When I called to find out what it was all about they lady at the front desk told me it was there EMERGENCY SERVICE FEE. Are you kidding me, a $185 for a guy who was rude as hell and was already at the facility cleaning up for the day. You have got to be kidding me. DONT USE THIS VET!!! THEY ARE MONEY HUNGREY!!!!!!!!!!!!

hospital I have ever been to. Their staff is exceptionable! My dog and cat loves to board there when I'm out of town! Their care for my old dog has kept her going pain free from horrible arthritis.
