I adopted "Buttons" from the Jacksonville Animal Shelter and Boyd Veterinary Clinic was very helpful in getting the necessary shots and requirements necessary for the adoption to become final. On return visits for follow-up shots and pills, I was pleased that the staff treated Buttons with great care and seemed to really care for her. I shall use Boyd Veterinary Clinic for all my pet needs!

Doctor Boyd and his staff take great care of my cats. Always a positive outcome. Everyone is very helpful and friendly. My friends love them also.

They mistakenly didn't put my appointment in the computer. I called the previous week to make an appointment for my pug to have some dental work, as his teeth had been getting worse over the years. I had had major surgery to my abdomen two weeks prior and could barely walk. I struggled my way up to the clinic on a monday at 8am because that was the only time that they could take my pug, Bosco in for the dental work. When I came in, the woman at the front informed me that neither my name nor my dog's name were on the list. It was a big deal to me since I was going through so much emotionally and physically, as I am in a cancer battle. We rescheduled and the work that they did and the prices were very reasonable and I was overall very satisfied with them. Mistakes do happen, but I was disappointed with my first experience with Boyd.

Dr. Boyd has been my vet for over 26 years. He and his staff are among the most caring, compassionate people I've ever known. I've had many dogs & recently had to euthanize my dog, Boomer, which just about broke my heart. Dr. Boyd & his staff shed tears right along with me. I would never take my dogs to any other vet.

I am new to the area, and was searching online for a vet. This one had good reviews, so I decided to try them out. (I have a 2 year old yorkie-poo) They are incredibly accomodating, friendly, knowledgeable, and very reasonably priced! I was nervous about the 70's looking building...but when I went inside, it was clean and did NOT smell like animals. They talk to your pet and treat them like a patient, not just an animal. I just really like them, and I'm glad I found someone I can trust. I haven't used them for boarding as of yet, but if it's anything like the vet services, it will be great.
