Misak is a heartless jerk. I took my puppy Magnum there because I was afraid he'd contracted Parvo. He had. Misak swore up and down that it was treatable and that there was an 80% chance that with the treatment, Magnum would be fine. They had to keep my puppy to treat him, and he got weaker and sicker every day. Misak repeatedly told me that Magnum was getting worse, that he was in a lot of pain, that the treatment was making him sick. I asked if it would be more humane to put Magnum to sleep, because I didn't want him to suffer anymore (at this point he was so weak he could barely hold his little head up, and Misak was anything but gentle with him when I'd come up to visit and hold Magnum). He rejected the idea; said that we had to give the treatment time to work. Two days later, the assistant called to tell me that Magnum had passed overnight. I understand that in this line of work, you have to keep your composure, you can't get attached, etc. But to act like me crying because my dog is dying is a HUGE ANNOYANCE to you? NO. He has no understanding of how most people (like me) consider their pets to be their babies, nor does he care. He's hateful. I wouldn't send my worst enemy to this fool for treatment. NEVER AGAIN.

Took my cat in to get him neutered. I didn't much care for the vet's bedside manner...he's not very personable...but my in-laws had told me that he was not only inexpensive but also a very good vet. They've taken their animals there for years. So I figured I'd let Mr. Grumpy take care of my baby kitty. They did the surgery, and even kept my cat for an extra night at no extra charge to make sure he was fine. There were no surgery complications (like I had with a previous cat at a different vet). So while the vet isn't the most cheerful person you'll ever meet, he does take good care of the animals, which is what matters in a vet.
