Boulevard has been excellent across the board. I have boarded my two girls (Happy Lab blends - is that a breed?) there twice and both times they came home in good health. When I had a concern about a lump on one of my girls, the veterinarian took time to examine her and to conduct the proper test (cellular analysis) immediately - They did not waste any time in examining her, nor did they try to "upsell" me on services. I got an answer to a scary question and fortunately, it was a good answer. This year, when I traveled with the girls (they both ride in the cab of the truck) I had forgotten their heartworm pills - I called Boulevard and (Kim) immediately sent a copy of the girls' file to my Wyoming veterinary clinic so that I could keep the girls on their protective schedule. Boulevard is helpful, they take owner concerns seriously, the facility is clean, cost is more than reasonable, and one gets a sense that they really like what they do -- a key element that I check for before leaving my girls anywhere. Three different experiences with Boulevard; all of them good - this tells me that my girls are in a safe place when I have to leave them. Quality medical care is not just a demand of people - My girls are getting that. I have had many terrific veterinarian services in three different states -- service in the profession still stands, apparently -- and am pleased to add Boulevard to that list. Good service and information. Helpful in addressing questions about a newly adopted rescue dog. Made the effort to find information from previous owner's vet history. Convenient in licensing my dog with the city of Maumelle on-site. Will patronize regularly.
