We took our newly adopted dog there for her first checkup and tick removal. We specifically told him that she is a fear biter and does not like to be picked up. He insisted that she be picked up and put on the table. She went to the bathroom everywhere and she tried to bite him (as we warned she would do) and he got so mad and made political comments about sending her "mess" to the White House, which infuriated my husband and I. I thought he was rude and harsh with our dog and very unprofessional. He then told us that she would never be a good dog since she had been in a shelter for so long and would never be socialized. She has been a PERFECT dog for us, she just obviously didn't like him....and her parents didn't either! I WOULD NOT recommend this vet. Staff was friendly, but the vet was not...he needs to GO!

We took our ill-tempered cat in and the vet provided excellent service. The vet was able to calm her (no small task); he took care of her skin condition and gave us good advice. I'll go back to this vet whenever I need good service.

We continue to hear bad reviews for Vets and Pets in North Little Rock, Ar. We took our shihtzu for grooming and upon picking her up noticed a terrible cut on the side of her nose where they had scissored too closely. We spoke to them later about this and they said they would be extremely careful the next time. So shame on us we thought okay we will try once again. This time she looked beautiful but they had tied the narrow curling-type ribbon around her neck which looked adorable but by the time we drove home she looked like she was straining. She had scratched at the ribbon and each time she did it had tightened around her neck to the point of choking her. I ran inside with her to get scissors and held her still so I could press and slide the scissor blade under the ribbon to cut it off. We considered ourselves very fortunate to have caught this so quickly. I shudder to think how many other groomers or pet owners have made this mistake. If you are shoppping for a Vet please consider the short drive to Conway to visit Dr. Sharon Stone at the St. Francis Vet Clinic-fabulous staff! We would never take our beloved pets anywhere else! If you are near the Maumelle area please consider The Doggie Spa on Counts Massie Road-they came highly recommended and after several visits we continue to agree. There is absolutely no reason to stand in a room with a Vet and listen to his negativity regarding a rescue dog, threats to send the dogs increment to the White House, etc. If this ever happens to anyone in the future I hope you pick up your dog and exit the builidng as fast as possible. Just say NO to Vets and Pets.

Google Dr. Kendall Faulk and you will see all the malpractice lawsuites.. I wouldnt take my pet there.

Dr. Faulk is a great vet! I take my dog there as well do my parents, and we wouldn't take them anywhere else. Very friendly and knowledgeable staff. They treat us and our dogs very kindly.
