PLEASE READ THIS, IT COULD SAVE YOUR DOG! It's not the same dr hubbs yall. It's his son. The old dr hubbs was Awesome, always making people smile when he walked through the weighting room. Always knew the dogs and families by name not even having to pause to remember. But sadly and unfortunately, he died back in the 2000s. His son took over the business. We have boarded our dogs there for many years. We boarded them this time and went on our trip for a week or two. We came and picked them up and we went into the back. Before we went back there the desk people started acting nervous when we asked to go into the back to pick them up. They told us to come back in an hour or two and we could then tell there was something wrong. We told them to take us back into the back or we were going to never come back again after we took our dogs. So they accepted and we went back there. We had three dogs. There ALL my dogs were in a VERY small 2 foot by 2 foot cage cage, all three together. I could tell they weren't let out of the cage. They were sitting in there own pee and crap. That's not the worst part. The cage was tied shut with a rope (which is how I knew they were in there for the whole time). It took them 5 minutes to get the rope HALF untied. Then they had to get a knife and cut it open. What if there was a fire? What would they do then? Don't take your dogs there, save your dog a week of traumatizing cruelty.
We've used Dr. Hubbs for our large animal breeds and our small animal breeds. He's an excellent vet and very competitively priced. We would recommend his practice to all!
We have taken all our family pets (cats, dogs, birds, and a even a pet rat!) to Drs. Hubbs et al since 1970. We have always been happy with the courteous, professional service, friendly staff, and sincere, personal care. Dr. Randy checked out my puppy, saw her through her whole life, and wept wit me when she had to be put down due to disease. They are more than vets; they are caring friends. Bob Collins, Van Buren, AR
Fantastic vet clinic. They've been friendly and attentive, even with all of the questions I've had to ask. I brought my dog in with a broken leg. Dr. English was particularly busy that day, but he still worked his schedule around and took care of him; he had a lot to do, but he made a lot of time to talk to me and get him into surgery. Hesh still has 8 weeks of recovery to go through, but so far, I can't really say enough about the quality of work they did; I highly recommend them.
