Although we have moved away, they always took great care with our pets and have great boarding facilities. They were prompt and helpful with providing our new vet (in our new state) the records of our pets.

I had to find a vet to treat my sons turtle. Anderson Vet was the only one. Dr King was amazing. She took the time and attention to get all the information. This was amazing since I was a walk in that had never been there before. They got us right in and took great care to diagnose our pet. I thought all the staff was super friendly and they even called the next day to check on the turtle to see how she was. After being there my son said to me, "We should bring all our pets here." Quite frankly I agree and they will now be taking care of all our pets.

I was looking up the number to go in this morning & I wanted to add my 2 cents only because we go to the vet A LOT and we have been to many of the vets in the area. The office visits here are not expensive but I think the cost for services are pricey! (Though they are at most of the other clinics as well!) I have noticed the younger gals in the office are not as friendly as the lady that works there, but again we have noticed that at the other vets in the area. We have seen both Doctors there and personally I prefer Dr. Kline. I always feel like I get my moneys worth, so it may cost a little more, but if you are being charged for an exam, you actually GET an exam. He spends a LOT of time going over your pet, he is very thorough. He asks several questions, and listens to your response. That is more important to me than friendly office staff..I think it would be a GR8 clinic if it provided both, however, If you need a vet in the Anderson area, I recommend Dr. Kline.

If you are looking for a great vet with good prices, you found your vet. I have had the best experiences with Anderson Veterinary Clinic, all of the staff that I have met have great customer service. My last vet seemed to care more about the money than the animal. I am college student and a single mom and I was tight on funds when my dog came down with kennel cough. My last vet would not work with me on the bill and I wanted to treat my dog for kennel cough but since I didn't have the money, my last vet did not help me. Anderson Pet Hospital worked with me and not to mention their office is much nicer than my last vets office. The staff is compassionate and they are really good about answering all my questions. They are wonderful and it's worth the drive from Redding.

I read the other two reviews and feel badly that theirs was a bad experience. I do know of other veterinary offices that have made me feel angry too. My experience w/ A.V.Clinic has been quite different, thankfully. I found the office receptionists to be pretty fair, however, I happen to think that Dr Kline & his newest lady Vet are the best! I truly felt like they cared for my animal as well as my situation (not much money to spend on animals) I've got bunnies and even the other veterinarian whom is allergic to rabbits has been very caring, w/o coming too close. I hope I'm not the only one who feels like my animals are safe in their care.
