Very professional staff; always courteous and helpful. Excellent vets with good "bedside manners"; knowledgeable and also use common sense. Comfortable reception area as sometimes there is a wait. State of the art equipment to provide support care. BVAH was recommended to us 3 years ago when we moved to Apple Valley; we have since referred others who are very pleased as well.

We have brought many of our animals here, and the care is always great, and the prices are really reasonable. They won't try to sell you things you really don't need! We will be lifelong patients here.

Took our dog Blue in today to get seen, he is very sick and we just wanted to know what we can get done for him. All we had at the time was $50 in our pockets. He can't even move and he is a rather large dog so taking him in was a chore in itself. He is a very loved dog by my three daughters and myself. All the Veterinarian would do for us because of the fact we only $50, AT THE TIME, was just look at him without even touching him....that was it. Looked at him. And said, "ok, yeah he's sick, that will be 50 bucks." At first I was kinda thinking is this some kind of sick joke? But no, he was serious. So obviously I became very upset, one of my daughters started sobbing and even begged to work for them for the day (clean or do whatever) so he could do more to help our dear Blue. But, like the the rude and uncaring "veterinarian" he was being, just said, "No." So we left very upset, without the 50 bucks of course which they demanded for just "looking" at him. Went home and my sister said that Desert Care Animal Hospital in Hesperia is a excellent place and will help us. I hope so...because THIS PLACE DIDN'T!!!! (I will write a review for them after I am done there.)

Overall this is a good.place to take your animal, but the the couldn't get the shot right on my dog, and I had to watch as she cried at the top of her lungs twice, because of the veterinarians incompetence.
