We live in Beaumont and had a wild animal (bobcat) attack our beloved pet… right in front of us… in our back yard in the middle of a large housing area. We even fought with the bobcat to release it… with the help of our neighbor, we were able to retrieve our pet, but it wasn't moving. We rushed it into this hospital to ensure she was deceased and for them to dispose of her. She was DOA… and of course we were traumatized. They only charged us a very small amount to take care of her body and we thought that was that. A few weeks later, we received a letter in the mail from this hospital. They told us how sorry they were for our loss, mentioned our pet by name and they all signed it… 15 signatures. So thoughtful and very much appreciated.

Very professional, kind and caring staff, we live in Idyllwild and switched over to this hospital for our pets over vet clinics in Hemet and have not regretted the decision.

The staff, facility and treatments are the best. They saved my dog from Parvo and continue to do amazing work.

I see a lot of good reviews here but I warn you, Enter with your pet at your own risk!! Things might turn out fine, but you are definitely testing fate! Like the person above whose dog was killed, they also killed my cat!! I took him in because he was making a funny noise when he was breathing, like a flapping sound. I could tell it was in his nose. They said that he had a little piece of cartilage hanging down inside his nose and they were just going to cut it off. I was told it was a minor procedure but they wanted to sedate him because he probably wouldn't let them cut something from inside his nose. They said come back in a couple hours. I took my son to the banning car wash to get my car cleaned while we waited. It was there I got a phone call saying something had gone terribly wrong and my cat was dying. I was told something like they had cut too much and there was a hole connecting his sinuses to his throat and it didn't make a lot of sense because I was in shock. I remember them saying if he drank water he was going to drowned himself. I said I wanted to come see him and they wouldn't let me. They told me it was not good for my son to see his beloved kitty that way. They said they would watch him overnight to see if his condition improved, however he died that evening. They NEVER let me see him!! After crying myself to sleep for days, I got a bill in the mail for $500! Are you freaking kidding me? I am very suspicious about what happened to my cat. I wish I had fought harder to find out the truth. All I know is my beloved pet went in for something minor and died! There seemed to be a big effort to not let me see him or give me accurate info on why or how this happened. And then they had the nerve to send me a bill! Needless to say I did NOT pay it. I didn't care if my credit went to crap, they would never get one cent from me!

THEY KILLED MY DOG!!! This has been the worst experience of my life. I went in to see Dr. Dunn for my dog who has been sick for awhile. After waiting for several hours they came out of the room and told me that they had made a mistake and given my dog the wrong medication and he passed away. I'm horrified that their incompetence has cost me and my children a member of our family. My children will not stop crying and we are all devastated by the loss. Needless to say I will be pursuing legal action, but I felt the need to warn everone out there who may be considering this hospital to STAY AWAY AT ALL COSTS!!! This is an unproffesional hospital who was very cold and matter of fact about this horrible mistake. And after killing my dog they still insisted that I pay for the wrong medication they gave him which killed him. I don't know what to say. How can anyone be so cold-hearted? If you love your pet and value his life and well-being,,,,PLEASE THINK TWICE BEFORE YOU GO TO THIS HOSPITAL! It may be the worst decision you ever make.
