We appreciate their service. They have been so kind and showed a lot of love to Elvis and to us. They're the 1st vet that we've experienced such a nice and loving atmosphere which made us and Elvis feel comfortable. Their team is AMAZING.

The vet was scared of my cat, i was absolutely shocked!!! My cat was bitten by something and was in pain so she was screaming and hissing, i would say it's a typical normal behavior for a pet in pain. The vet's reaction to my cat's meowing was socking! He was so scared that he refused to touch her, told me that he would only examine her if he gives her a shot that puts her to sleep. My regular vet is off today to due the holiday so i had to go to this place. I had never seen anyone not to mention a vet react this way to my cat. My cat is normally well behaved and very loving, this is ridiculous for a VET to be scared of a small cat. On top of that i was charge $110 for the visit plus a benadryl shot that he couldn't even give her all the way.

The visit was quick, we didn't wait long. The doctor was thorough and helpful with diagnosing my dog Roxy.

My cat had a bladder infection, and Rainbow Veterinary Hospital took her in the same day we call, within one hour. They took excellent care of her, and made sure to treat her while making her feel as comfortable as possible. They needed to take a urine sample from my cat, so they kept her all day until they could get it. Being the paranoid and nervous mother I am, I called on the hour to check on her, and they were so patient and comforting over the phone. They made me feel comfortable with the idea that my cat was not at home, and in a place so foreign to her. When my cat came home that evening, they routinely called to make sure she was doing better. My cat made a full recovery after her visit to the Vet, and I could not be happier with the service we received from this hospital. I am so happy to have found such a great hospital for my kitty. :)

The staff is unbelievably nice. We loved the service. We were very well taken care of and the piggys tolerated the great care.
