Went for a flea and tick refill today and found out they wouldn't give me anything until I did a bloodwork test. I tried talking to Dr Hancer but never recieved a phone call back. Her staff was very un professional. I then called several other vet offices to see if it was standard practice and realized that they were scamming me. It is a shame because I liked Dr Hancer but when your office staff acts corrupt it reflects on your business. I am now looking for a new vet office.

May questions are always answered in detail and without rush. My Shih Tsu would not have made it without her diagnosis and care.

I am a dog walker/pet sitter and this is where I bring my pets.I feel like they really care and will take time to explain everything and answer all my questions. I am never rushed in and out.
