Great with cats and dogs. Busy most days and Saturdays are crazy. Affordable and helpful. Losing a pet is a hard experience and he was a much better experience than I had in the past. They let you take all the time you need and they even ask if I wasted my pets belongs back like the collar or blankets.

i had an emergency with my 6 pound terrier suddenly not being able to walk. I called "pet headquarters" and I was told to come right in. I came from Oxnard and got there within the half hour. waited 5 minutes and went in to see the vet who is a busy man I could tell. I explained what my dog was doing. Dr felt around and found spot. Gave my teddy a shot and explained some meds and said to call if I needed to. The price was reasonable. And I was happy to see my "teddy" walking within an hour of returning home. I liked this place a lot. I was told by a friend that you just need to know whats going on with your pet as far as symptoms go because the vet is busy. If you aren't in tune with your pet then what's the vet to go on? makes sense. For "teddy" it was a jump from my very high bed and landing wrong (he has a stool to use to get up & down). Thank god no broken bones. I have been to Banfield/petsmart and that's a total rip off. I wouldn't go there if last place on earth. I got what I paid for with Dr. Thomas.

My Yorkie (pure bred) was diagnosed with Legg's Perthes in BOTH hips. This required Dr. Thomas to perform the same surgery on both hips ~ 1 month apart. Before the first of two surgeries, my puppy put nearly all of his weight on his front legs, urinated in a hand stand position and ate with both legs off the ground (like a tripod). He was only 6 months old at the peak of the problems. Dr. Thomas operated on both hips and today, after a loonnggg road, my puppy walks and behaves normally. Dr. Thomas is an amazing surgeon and easy to work with. He is on time to his appointments and doesn't waste your time. Most significantly, he was able to perform 2 complicated surgeries successfully on my puppy. As such, I highly recommend Dr. Thomas.
