After many years of membership at Banfield I have finally had it this morning with there dismal services and am in process of canceling my membership. I took my small dog for a supposedly "drop off" for dental cleaning, on my way to my son's school. They mandated that drop off should be between 7:00- 7:30. When I got there there was 1 person behind the counter and 4-5 dogs waiting. couple of the dogs were new and so she started interviewing the owners about the dogs' history. When I explained my situation to the cust. service person and her response was: It is what it is. I had to leave without dropping my dog off since my son at this point was going to be late. My morning all wasted, but at least I am finally getting away from these folks.

Rude receptionist Jennifer or what ever her name is just looks at u like you owe her money. Rude. Rude rude.
