Terrible, awful place. We took our two cats in for a simple bath and nail trimming. They took 3 and a half hours and when we got them back to the car we noticed that they smelled funny. Low and behold both our cats had soiled themselves in their cage and been left to sit in it for a fair amount of time judging by how most of it had dried. We confronted the attendants and they unceremoniously took the cats back and hosed them down in the back sink in about 5 minutes WITHOUT SHAMPOO then put them back in their cage still wet and shivering. They actually needed a bath MORE after going here. The whole time the front receptionist was insinuating that the cats did it on purpose... which while I could believe that for our kitten our older cat (6 years) is a veteran of 6 different groomers and has never had this problem not once. After I peeked into the back room I noticed immediately what must have scared them, they have the cat holding area directly next to the dogs. Literally young kittens were stacked in a cages directly next to pit bulls and german shepherds who were barking their heads off at the cats.... that is a tragedy waiting to happen. I was livid. When we got home we noticed they trimmed their nails far to short which must have been painful for them and when we looked over our paperwork they botched most of it... they actually listed our 1 year old kitten as a canine and messed up both our emergency contact numbers.... The kick in the balls? The charge for the service was $100 for the two cats and we ended up having to wash them at home again anyways. I'll be writing their corporate office and PETA over this. If you love your pets, please please please stay away from these people. The staff is poorly trained and most look like they are still in high school and they obviously don't pay much care to the animals given that no one noticed my pets sitting in their own waste. Stay away...
