Awesome vets!!! Awesome staff!!! I have been coming here for years and they have been there for me every step of the way to care for my pets. Never had an issue with them and the care and understanding for me as well has been outstanding.

Telegraph Canyon Animal Center is one worst places to take a pet. First, they are ridiculously expensive - expect to get a bill for $400 or $500 for even the simplest things. Second, and most important, is that they refuse to give you a written prescription. California law requires a prescribing veterinarian to offer to give a written prescription to a client that the client may elect to have filled by the prescriber or by a pharmacy. Business and Professions Code Sec. 4170, Article 12 Prescriber Dispensing states that: "The prescriber, prior to dispensing, must offer to give a written prescription to the patient that the patient may elect to have filled by the prescriber or by any pharmacy. The prescriber must provide the patient with written disclosure that the patient has a choice between obtaining the prescription from the dispensing prescriber or obtaining the prescription at a pharmacy of the patient's choice." No offer was ever made to give a prescription and no written disclosure was provided. They just flatly said "we don't give prescriptions...".! Not recommended. 140822

They are very kind and also friendly for our dogs always.

They where nice and answered all of my questions. I'll be taking my cat back here if we have any more problems.
