HORRIBLE SERVICE, VERY EXPENSIVE, NO RESULTS - Our dog looked very very sick. We decided to take him to the VCA AAH to get a blood test. The vet examined our dog, decided that there are no significant symptoms to diagnose illness and talked us into taking an x-ray. After reading an x-ray there was no conclusion, so the vet decided to prescribe pain medication, and charged us for the visit $300+, then told us to come back if things don't get better. After a few days and our dog still feeling under the weather, my husband took him back. This time the vet decided to do a blood test and told us that we should await a phone call with the results. The second visit cost us $250+. Two days later and no phone call, my husband called them and found out that the blood test did not provide any additional insight on the dogs illness. A week later and almost $600 lighter, we still don't know what's happening with our poor dog. We were talked into unnecessary tests and we payed for nothing. If you want to get help from knowledgeble staff and true medical advice, please do yourself and your pet a favor, and go to a different clinic.

I have been going to VCA for years and can say this is the best animal hospital I have ever been to. They provide great care and fast and friendly service. Plus, when you have an appointment, you're actually in the room nearly always on time (unless of course they have an animal emergency.) I wouldn't take my cats anywhere else. If you're looking for a good vet, Dr. Dhama is the absolute best!

I brought my Chihuahua mix there almost a year ago due to a dog bite and they helped us out right away, although it was kind of busy. We got out of there in an hour and a half. I brought my lab puppy in too and gave her all the shots required, checked stool, etc. The staff there is very friendly and has always been very helpful. I always feel welcome when I visit and my dogs love it. Vet visits are also very fast and making an appointment is easy and simple. I recommend it to anyone who has a dog!

I love this animal hospital and the staff. The staff has great love and care for each individual animal that comes in. They show that they are genuinely concerned about each animal and the problem and/or complications that the animal is suffering from. They treat each person with respect and kindness, and they make sure to inform you with all the information you will need to care for your pet. They are also very helpful to those whom have financial difficulties as well, which helps relieve the stress of trying to afford any health care your pet may require.
