We came upon this place by accident/emergency situation in 2003 and they helped us out tremendously. For unknown reasons (we can't remember why) we didn't go back and boy did we pay! We went back to our old vet and tried another place both to our dissatifaction. Then remembered about All Creatures. We got in the next day for our dog's chronic ear problems. The day before we had a horrible experience with our old vet and were apprehensive. Dr downes was so through with our dog, he spent 45 min with us and laid out a plan for us. Granted that she needed surgery for her ear, the cost was so much more resonable than our old vet (2/3rds less). We have decided to permenantly switch over to All Creatures now they will have 3 new clients.
