In the short time that you are in the office they have learned the personalities and quirks of your non-human Family member, and it shows in they way that they care for your pet and you. If you are new in the area, and looking for a quality and caring group to take care of your non-human Family member then look no further!

My experience with RSDAH was a very pleasant one! We were referred to RSDAH when my cat got sick. We were lucky enough to have Dr. Brown working there that day. She is the best!!! I felt so comfortable with her, and she put me at ease regarding my cat's well being. I have an older cat, and she told me that she loves older cats. She spent a lot of time with us, explaining everything in detail and in a way we could understand. I have nothing but kind things to say about this place and the staff! The day I went there, they had the cutest rescued dog hanging out behind the counter. The spent their time and resources to help save this little dog...and even helped to find him a good home! They are very compassionate and care about animals. I would recommend this animal hospital to anyone!

This clinic will do absolutely everything they can to keep your companion healthy and happy for the longest time God intends for him or her. They do not gouge you on costs or unnecessary treatments, but will do what they consider is best for your baby! And follow up after the appointment couldn't be better. We have been going to Dr Rose Brown with all our pet's we had a snake, Monty had to be put to sleep. They help us through that time as it was a family member. Dr Brown help me give my loving cat Sneakers 2 extra years pain free his last blood test showed his kidneys were failing he was 15 years old so she asked if she could be the one to put him to sleep for she loved him too. Once we got there they lead us into a room I got to hold my baby till he was asleep before the she gave him the last shot and they gave us time to say our good bye's. We have a Chow/ Retriever mix she has been with us for 10 years she is Muffin her and Sneakers were my coda pet's. After we lost Sneakers we got the opportunity to adopt two brother's from our niece one is a Polydactyl there names are Tigger and Roo they have brought so much love into our home. They are about a year old and love there sister Muffin Roo rub's all over Muffin and Tigger give's her a bath he does it to his brother too. I have my animal's on YouTube under there names. Roo all so play's fetch. Never a day goes by that the 3 of them don't make us smile. We even have a Mojave desert Tortoise that Dr Brown ask about when he come out of hibernation his name is Moonstar he is 23 years old and getting as big as his dad. We have been in San Diego since 1999 and they are the only Animal Hospital that we have ever stay with. Muffin when we adopted her had to go to the vet that spade her I was not happy with the staff or the office it was not bright and happy as Rancho San Diego Animal Hospital. Lisa McKenzie
