Firstly, I wouldn't even give the place 1-star! I left my dog for a semi-annual comprehensive check-up (part of the "wellness" plan - lol) this morning at 8:30 and at 2:30 she still hadn't had anything checked! WHAT? In a cell all day? You've got to be kidding me! Always trying to sell me unneccessary services (even though I've filled out the forms saying I am not interested) and overbooking time slots, seemngly less than knowledgeable desk staff...Oh God! I can only imagine if I really needed these people to help in an emergency! I've switched to a local vet, no unnecessary "plan" until she's older. One comprehensive a year and qualified people.

There is no logical reason to take your dog here. None whatsoever. Get regular doggie insurance and take em to a vet. If you ever require surgery for your pet, you'll be glad you did. Unless you like coughing up thousands of dollars when it could cost you a fraction.
