My dog was seen at Banfield for a laceration on his paw. I dropped him off and he received the treatment that was needed. Their communication with me was excellent. They informed me about everything and I felt comfortable with my dog being there. Their prices are reasonable and both nurses that spoke with me truly cared about my dog. They were understanding and kind.
This place has no compassion for animals at all......my dog was pretty much dead in my car not moving or anything we called them and someone said we could bring her in but hangs up before giving us a proper address then 10 minutes before they close we call asking them where on summit they were located because we were on summit just needed to know where to go and they tell us we dont have the capacity to take another animal and tells up to go all the way to upland to pretty much find out our dog was dead when they could have either took her and revived her or told the bad news sooner wouldnt recommend anyone to this place horrible incompetent non compassionate people.........
Our 4 week old puppy was very ill. He was vommitting & had seizures...we cldnt afford all the test, yet the vet did everything possible to work with us...our puppy stayed all day for 2x days & completely recovered. The staff was so loving to our puppy! We bought the wellness plan & chose Dr. Macgee as our primary... Awesome experience!
The staff was friendly, but seemed a little unprofessional. Apparantly, they 'forgot' to call me after treating my pet to let me know that it was okay to pick him up. I had to call them and ask if my cat were ready to pick up. It's not a really big deal, but I was really disappointed about it, since by that time, I was at work and had to arrange for my sister to pick him up. The total on the form I signed when I dropped him off said $206.00. I adivsed the woman that my sister might pick the cat up, and she would pay with cash.
seemed pricey at 200$ but they were nice and quick too... trying to get a follow up visit, but their price was 45$ and quite a bit for kitten plan, i think 69$ plus 22$ a month for a year for unlimited visits, spay and shots thats like $300. So I dont know which is better.
