Positive: The techs and front desk are great. Very empathetic and understanding. Negative: The veterinarians are terrible. They actually sent an old 80 yr old vet who got scratched by my cat and his poor skin was just bleeding everywhere. It was horrible. They never called me back with lab results good or bad. I called them saying my cat was still having chronic, ongoing diarrhea and can you please help us. I asked for a anti-diarrheal and they refused. My beautiful cat went from 16lbs all the way down to 7 lbs in 2 years and Still nothing from them. The vets just suck here. No compassion or empathy. Right before my cat died I asked for his records to take to another vet but it was too late. I have to say if I had taken him somewhere else maybe he would still be alive today. This vets are just terrible. If you have a sick cat don't bother taking him here. It would be more compassionate to euthanize it. Seriously

The attention and compassion from Dr. Bender is unparalleled and his staff is very patient and gentle with the animals - turns out my dog had Pancreatitus and was in very bad shape. He put her on IV and meds and soon she was running and playing again. I am grateful Dr. Bender saved my dog and the bill was more than reasonable. Some vets would have easily charged me double.

Dr. Bender is a wonderful vet. Going there for 34 years.

My dog was constantly scratching himself raw. Dr. Bender identified the issue and cleared up Jake's skin irritation.

Dr Bender is a horrible vet! I've been taking my dog here for almost a year now and no improvement in my dog's ear infection or sore. I thought by now, my dog should be getting better but no! he just prescribes medication and tells you to come back in a couple of weeks. Then he will make you pay for another 5-min consultation (he literally will only talk to you for about five minutes and won't even be clear about what he's talking about). My dog also had rashes and allergy symptoms on his belly and he prescribed me medication and the expensive Science Diet dog food with no improvement, so I just ended up feeding my dog ZiwiPeak, a raw dehydrated diet, and it cleared up his stomach without help from the medication Dr Bender prescribed (the medicine also had really bad side effects on my poor dog as well). Then I came back to Dr Bender for another visit to see if he could help with the sore on my dog's stomach, and he just automatically says he could have cancer and needs a biopsy. Couldn't he have prescribed an antibiotic cream or pills to help with the infection? (by the way, my new vet said it was just an infection and prescribed me some cream that has helped a lot and also said that Dr Bender should have spent a little more time examining my dog before telling me he has cancer). It's so sad to see this vet clinic still open and still taking money from compassionate pet owners by lying to them about their pets' illnesses. I don't even know why I kept coming back. I WILL NEVER GO BACK AND WILL NEVER RECOMMEND THIS HORRIBLE PLACE!!!
