PLEASE DO NOT GO TO HESPERIA VETERINARY SERVICES on Santa Fe Ave. in Hesperia. I share this in hopes that no other family will go through what my family did this weekend. I took our two little dogs on Friday to get fixed and I was treated SO rudely by the staff. The nurse spoke to me in such a demeaning way when I asked a question and then proceeded to talk about me to another staff member right in front of me. My mom also had problems with them & they neither gave nor offered any kind of pain medication or antibiotics. Worst of all though, our little 1 1/2 year old dog Mattie died in my arms last night, just two days after her surgery. My whole family is heartbroken. Just such an overall terrible experience with them... PLEASE save your pets and your family the pain by not going there and PLEASE share this with others. Our pets deserve so much better

I had my Lab fixed with them and they were awesome with her. I also took my german shepherd for an ear infection and they took really good care of him. They have very reasonable prices and I wouldn't go anywhere else. I highly recommend them.

I took my puppy here to get her fix and microchipped because the rescue (north star pet assistance) I got her from has a deal set up with this office. I took her in on Wednesday and we will be going to our regular vet on Saturday morning to have all the issues they created addressed. They spayed my puppy without giving her any antibiotics and sent us home without any pain meds or follow up antibiotics.I asked when I picked her about about follow up medications and was told my puppy would be fine. I noticed that evening that her incision didn't look as if it were closed properly, but dismissed this thought because of course they closed the incision site, right?1 Wrong! My puppy now has an open incision, an infection, and no (yup, no) microchip because they didn't bother to tell me they were out of chips until after I called back asking for my dog's chip info. It would have been nice to know ahead of time so that I could have made the choice to either go ahead with the spay or wait until everything could be done at once. Now because of their incompetence my puppy is not healing, in pain, and has to be chipped while awake. I will never again take an animal here! I highly recommend you don't either. A good price isn't worth much if you pay more in follow up visits at another office.
