I've been bringing my lab and golden retriever here for years. Very caring, nice people. No complaints.

I Want to thank EVERYONE at El Cerrito hospital.I have been going here for over 30 years, had many babies I had to leave there(put to sleep). All the staff and Dr.s have been so loving and wonderful.I even get I am sorry for your loss cards afterwards.Today my brother Darrel Kincaid had to put LOLO, a wondeful dog to sleep. I know when I went over I was just going to do it But needed my brother to make the decision when he got home from work.I know how much it hurts so Thank you all.....I will Never not go to another Vet.... My family took our dog of 15 years to El Cerrito for everything she might need. They were the nicest, kindest people and kept our dog very healthy. Lilly (our dog) was always nervous to go but they always took the best care of her and helped us through the processes of letting her go when she was 16 years old and had sever lung cancer and was no longer comfortable. They were and are the best vets I've ever known. We still take our two dogs there (Molly and Domino).

I've brought my animals to El Cerrito for many years now, and they've always been dedicated and sincere in their love of our pets. Drs. Valerie and Massey have proven over and over again that they are talented and compassionate, and as someone else here already pointed out -- the staff members stay and stay. It's comforting to know that you are going to be recognized from visit to visit, and I can't say enough about how I was comforted by them when my pets passed away. I really look forward to seeing them with my new cats and my soon-to-be-adopted dog, whoever he is.

They cared for my cocker spaniel for 10 years until she passed. They were compassionate and amazing beyond words. Nine years later I have a new puppy and they are the only vets I would ever go to. To my surprise many of the same staff is still there so they must be a wonderful place to work as well!
