I love this office. I do a lot of fostering and bring all my kitties here. They always treat them with the best care and all the love they deserve as if they were their own. I originally went to this vet hospital because the cost was less than any other place. My first fosters were strays that I brought in to see Dr. Espinosa. They took excellent care of these very difficult to work with kitties. My next set of fosters I took in to Dr. Rodriguez. She gives me great advise how to care and help my fosters and asks how they are doing and if they have been adopted on follow up visits. I continue to take all my permanent pets as well as my fosters and local area strays to her for all their medical care. I now come to this vet office because I trust Dr. Rodriguez with my pets/fosters and she knows exactly how to properly care for them. Thank you Dr. Rodriguez, you are an amazing, caring vet. I appreciate everything you have done for my little babies. :) Thank you!!

Great Doctor and staff! Did try to push unneeded services.

The Pet Hospital of La Mesa has very friendly staff from the receptionists up from to the technicians in the back and the skilled doctors. They always take great care of our pets and have very reasonable prices on the spaying, neutering, shots and vaccinations. Everyone there treats me and my animals with a lot of respect and care and I know I can trust them. Its nice to be able to board my pets here when I'm away on vacation too! I would highly recommend this pet hospital and wouldn't go anywhere else!

P.O.S. doctor tried to take advantage of my wife who was feeling guilty enough for having to take them in, while the procedure was being done they decided to do other things that we did NOT want done or have money to pay for so now instead of him losing money and being a good person and letting it slide or say its ok we can bill you for it later now my poor puppy has to suffer because we could not afford the pain medication due to the jackass doing what we specifically asked him NOT TO DO.

Wonderful Staff and very helpful. Calls to check up on the animal, always quick to answer any questions you might have. Overall not too expensive, my dog was spayed there, and they did a beautiful job hiding her scar. Very friendly. =)
