Was in yesterday with dog #6...have been going to this vet/animal hospital for a very long time, way before it was Pacific Park Animal Hospital. I had an appointment for his annual check up/shots, why make an appointment it you have to wait? Was there for over 2 1/2 hours...WHY? If there was an emergency or a problem, they should have been courteous enough to tell me. I will never go back. The more I think of my latest experience, the more upset I get. Staff and vet was very nice...but I could not understand the wait...I don't even have to wait that long when I go to the Dr. Plus, it seemed like they were too interested in SELLING me their services.

The office manager is by far the rudest person I have dealt with, in a long time. I will never return to that place.

We took our rescue dog Cali to Dr Mandelin right as we got her and they have been amazing ever since! The ENTIRE staff is incredible and so so sweet!! They care for our Cali like she is one of their own! I couldnt ask for a better veterinarian. In addition to taking our Cali their for her health related issues/maintinance, we also take her their for her grooming. They do an amazing job and she always smells like rasberrys when we pick her up!

I am so happy with the service that was provided to my pup Shayla through Pacific Park animal hospital. I had all of her vaccines done recently, it was so simple and fast I will never go anywhere again!! My girl Shayla loves Sam, the manager, make sure you speak to him if you have the chance he is a super great guy!! Thanks Again PPAH!!!

What an amazing experience it is every time I go in to the office, Whether I am just having a well visit for my dogs or something more serious, they care there is second to none.. Myself and my babies are treated like family. The care experience and qualifications of Lisa Mandelin and her fabulous staff makes sometimes a difficult one into a whole family of care and love..I would recommend anyone to take their pets of any kind to theee most amazing facility I have ever been in...
