I visited Spot! soon after I rescued my 5 year old Black Labrador Retriever Christmas eve nearly three years ago and ever since that first visit I've been consulting the owners of Spot! regarding everything from what to feed him and when, to health care, to behavior training, to what collar looks best on him, you name it. They treat my dog (& me) like royalty. George goes to daycare there and he's also groomed there, the grooming is the best in town as far as I am concerned. They have the hands-down best selection of collars, leashes, toys and treats. People always ask me where I got this, or where I got that, and my answer is always, "I got it at Spot!" Plus - there's a full-time Vet there, what else can you ask for! Needless to say, I highly recommend Spot!

My dogs adore getting groomed at Spot. They love Jen so much we drive a long way so they can spend the day with her and they look exceptional and feel great when they come home. And they're very big standard poodles... love, love, love SPOT!!!

I agree this boutique needs to be closed. I too had a bad experience with the staff member here. I was shocked to, as a customer, have to endure such horrid treatment by the staff. They acted as if it was an inconvenience that I was in the store to purchase a collar for my pooch. The lady at the counter snarled at me when I walked in and did not even say one word to me the whole time I was there. I ater found out that she was the owner of the place. That made me even sicker! I asked for help at one point and she completely ignored me. What kind of pet boutique is this? I will never set foot in the place again! Worst customer service of all time!!

The groomer did an excellent job w my Cocker Spaniel. The problem is when I came to pick her up. I was paying at the front counter. Thru the window that looks into the back area, I saw a young man literally throwing 3 young Shephard dogs around by their necks, while he was wrestling with a movable fence. I was so upset I had to hold back tears. I told the 2 girls at the front what happened, but they didn't do anything. I told them I would NEVER be back and I pray for any dog that is there today.
