I've taken my guinea pig and bunny here a few times and have always had a good experience. This month in may I recently lost my 12 year old bunny to old age and health problems. It was a very tough emotional experience and the Doctors, nurses as well as the front desk were all very helpful, sympathetic and comforting. I truly appreciated everything they did to help and the card they sent with my baby's paw print on the inside of the card.

Twice now I have shown up with no appointment and they have fit us in. When my dog died unexpectantly, I couldn't bring myself to go in for 2 weeks to get his cremated remains, they never once called and asked when I would be in. They even asked me if I was sure I was ready when I did show up because I couldn't quit crying, and that it could wait if I needed more time. They always take good care of my animals who are all rescued and come with indivigual issues. I am very happy with their service, prices and ability to work with me and my animals.

I just moved to the Area from Los Angeles And my lil hamster got sick from the long drive I think and being I lost my job I was in a crisis I took my baby here Amd they were amazing the Doctor put my son and myself at ease they worked with us and gave us a huge discount an even gave us her antibiotics at NO Coast.
