While Banfield isn't as fancy as the Adobe Pet Hospital, we find their wellness plan very convenient, especially when we are traveling. Last christmas we had to take her to another Banfield in VA and it was great to have the plan travel with us. If you do bring your dog to this location, Dr. Cotton is very attentive and thorough.
Hated the place. The vets are very unprofessional and really push the overpriced drugs/vitamins from in-store drug store. Try Adobe Pet Hospital about a mile away, much better.
I have a pug and I'm with Banfield Mountain View for almost 2 years now and I'm always happy with their service, prices and what they're doing. The staff is always friendly! The opening hours are great. And it's convenient that the clinic is in a petsmart store.
