Took our dog in with what we think was a rattlesnake bite. Could not have had better service. They understood that she had had been vaccinated for snake bites and they did not over or under react. Nice when the vet gets on the floor with the dog and has great "bedside manner". Dog is 99% better - and scheduled for rattlesnake avoidance training this month (a couple of weeks late, but still important for next time...)

I didn't come to this page to write a review, I was just trying to get the vet's number as quickly as possible by going online. Then I read the review by "tonydude" and had to put in my 2 cents. I've taken my cat and dogs to Dr. Anderson at Ark Animal Hospital for years. They have always been close to schedule and better on fees than my last vet. I'm sure that times do happen when an emergency could be considered more important than a "teeth cleaning". And though a phone call would have been nice, I don't think poor Jeffrie is going to die. I'm sure if Jeffrie was hit by a car or something like that, tonydude wouldn't care if my pet had to wait for his teeth to be cleaned. Just relax dude.

Awesome Dr. Very caring staff. Had to bring my Mastiff in for xrays and was very pleased with the way he was cared for. Dr. Costuma is very thorough and takes time to explain everything. We have found our net vet.
