I found a coupon for a free visit online, called to make an appointment and was rudely told they could not honor it since there was no expiration date. I asked to speak to the office manager and was put on eternal hold. What a horrible way to handle perspective clients. I will never take my pets here and will tell friends and family to steer clear.

Very poor service tried to up sell everything. pushed services for a problem that didn't exist with my dog. Not friendly with my animal very poor visit do not take your pet here they are only interested in the money.

Very rude and avoidance. They would not give an estimate on what they have. The employees kept talking when I walked up then they were very rude.

We took our dog here because she was vomiting and had off and on diahrea and she was wheezing. We went here because so far the petsmart services has been good and we found a free first time office visit online. The staff was very great with her and always talked to her sweetly and kindly as any dog or animal would be uncomfortable in an unknown environment. They did a rectal exam and took a stool sample to test her for parasites and any abnormal bacterial growth. The vet also recommended X-rays but we decided not to do those right now as our dog didn't look ill to where something would be blocking her digestive Tract. The vet and vet tech was very helpful in answering our questions, and we were able to sign up for their care plans which saved us over $100 on our bill. They even gave us coupons for the diet she had to be put on. A day after the visit they called me to check how she was doing and asked if I had any questions which was awesome because no other vet place I went to before called to check! They scheduled me a follow up visit a week later which is free under the plan we got! I would definitely recommend this vet clinic to everyone because they are open 7 days a week, offer care plans which are affordable and cut your costs down a ton! The staff is great and the vet we had was great too! I don't know about the vet the other reviews are talking about but if I had a vet check my dog that was rude like that I would ask to see another vet and give the rude one a piece of my mind. But I had no problems when I went there and both me and my bf work in the medical field and we know how patient care should be and they were very good!
