My cat, Mac, became ill quite suddenly over Thanksgiving -- and I googled local pet hospitals. The reviews about this facility were very very good -- so I made an appointment. I am more than pleased with how they are working with me and Mac (who has been diagnosed as being diabetic). The care, concern, and kindness.....is over the top. The professionalism and going the extra mile -- (the night he was diagnosed and I had to learn to give shots -- they stayed almost 1 hour beyond closing until I felt comfortable in his treatment.) -- is tremendous. The cost is affordable....the do not pressure you into buying extra packages. The facility is CLEAN and the staff is incredibly nice! Though I am sorry my cat is sick -- I am so happy I found this pet hospital and would recommend it highly to anyone looking for quality pet care.

We took our pit bull puppy there for the first time and everyone was so kind and caring. Dr. Telles took the time to get to know Ash and let him get acquainted with her. She was very friendly and took extra time to answer all of our questions. Ash has cryptorchid (one of his testicles hasn't dropped). She explained everything to us and didn't try to scare us (another vet did this to try and get us to purchase his puppy wellness plan). She told us how it was nothing to be concerned about and to have him neutered and he would be fine. He recently got a bug bite if some kind and I rushed him to Dr. Telles and her staff who were wonderful. I was a frantic mess all I knew was Ash had a large bump on his stomach that just appeared. After calming my nerves she told not to worry he was going to be just fine. Her staff fit me in at the last minute and they were calm, friendly, and understanding (which for someone who is frantic and scared are all the right things). I would recommend Dr. Telles and her staff to anyone with pets. The prices are good and the people really care about animals. They also have top of the line equipment and do almost everything you need at their facility.
